👉👉In 2 Timothy 3:1-5, the Holy Ghost warned Paul of the PERILOUS (also translated as “difficult,” “terrible”) times that would happen “inside the church.”
“This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. 2 For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, 3 Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, 4 Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; 5 Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.” 2 Timothy 3:1-5 (KJB)
NOTICE by divine design the very first thing He reveals is that “MEN SHALL BE LOVERS OF THEIR OWN SELVES.” All the following evil comes out of self-love, refusal to love God supremely.
“For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.” 2 Timothy 4:3-4
GOD already told us in His Word all we need to know about these final days (Isaiah 46:9-10; 2 Peter 1:3-4; 19-21, etc.). Gauging all things by the written Word is key to escaping the prophesied end time apostasy. Some people choose to be led astray by the “MANY false prophets” Jesus warns us about who would “deceive MANY.” (Matthew 24:11)
There would be many false teachers that would lead people astray. Just as Paul warned Timothy, Christ warned his disciples as well. Satan would plant tares among the wheat (Matt 13)—the modern church would be full of false pastors, seducible believers and false doctrine.
In these modern churches church (cult) members are conditioned by the pastors to fish for new church members – not to minister the Gospel, the Word, and win souls to Jesus – but rather to “church the unchurched” for the self-serving benefit of the CEO pastors who are building their own kingdom in this fleeting world.
SAINTS, today is your day to abandon the false shepherds (pastors) of today (98%). They are the exact “MANY false prophets” we are so often warned about by the Holy Ghost (Matthew 7:15-20; 24:11; 1 John 4:1; 2 Peter 3:17; Revelation 3:11, etc.).
WHAT does “I go to church” really mean in this perilous times? It means “I love my ears tickled. I love to be coddled in my sins, never called to truly repent, to lay down my life, to give up my life in this sinful world. That’s why I love my ‘pastor.’ He’s cool. He’s contemporary. He has lots of nice little sayings he’s come up with. He’s stylish and he never hurts my feelings by telling me all of what the Bible says. He doesn’t use the King James Bible. No, he intentionally isolates certain Bible verses and chapters using his cool new fairy tale “fake bible”, being careful never to bring conviction upon my heart to call me to truly repent before I die and go to hell. He reminds me of the song ‘Tell me lies, tell me lies, tell me sweet little lies.”
Today, SATAN (the original corrupter of God’s Word) has his pastors, his reverends, his elders, deacons, overseers, his worship team and church attenders, etc. See 2 Corinthians 11:13-15
There is no record of Jesus or His holy apostles teaching men to become good church members or attenders! Read that again please. Making men good church attenders or members is the work of wicked religious men! Beware. Follow Jesus! So many today waste their time, energy, money, and loyalty on a local church and pastor– instead of JESUS! Sad.
As true Christians we have been called out by God into His royal Assembly; His family. It’s no coincidence that Ecclesia has this very thought in mind. For not only has God, in His Word, shown that we have been called out from among the world, but also even the RELIGIOUS world!

1. “STUDY (God's Word by yourself) to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.” 2 Timothy 2:15
2. “PROVE (test, examine) all things; hold fast that which is good.” 1 Thessalonians 5:20-21
3. “Be sober, BE VIGILANT; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour…” 1 Peter 5:8
4. “SUBMIT YOURSELVES THEREFORE TO GOD. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.” James 4:7
5. “PREACH THE WORD; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.” 2 Timothy 4:2
6. “COME OUT OF HER (false church, false pastor), MY PEOPLE, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.” Revelation 18:4
7. “ …Deny yourself and take up your cross daily, and FOLLOW ME (JESUS).” Luke 9:23-24
